Customers Must Call Customer Service Before Retuning Any Products To Receive Authorization For Returns. Any Items Returned Without Authorization Will Be Refused.
Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Upon approval, all products must be returned and in the original packing
materials including inner cartons. All products must also be returned in their original condition with the
original packing materials, and in resellable condition. Products that are returned and are not in compliance with
company policy are subject to refusal.
Returns must be made within 10 days of the date of receipt, and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping cost to customer will not be reimbursed. Reimbursement will equal 75% of the product cost only.
Misused or abused products are not subject to return. Balloons that
have been punctured or cut will not be accepted. Bags of balloons that have been opened will not be accepted.
Damaged and/or defective products will be replaced or credited at the
discretion of the Customer Care Department, and must fall within the 30 day return policy.
Credit due will be applied to your account after receipt and
evaluation of said merchandise.
REFUSED or UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS:
Shipments refused or deemed undeliverable by either UPS or FED EX are
subject to a 25%
restocking fee plus the freight charges (both to the customer and
return to us) associated
with sending your order.
LIABILITY: BalloonSupply.com is not liable for the misuse of it's products which are sold to the end client. Your sole and exclusive remedy
against BalloonSupply.com is limited to the return and replacement of
said merchandise. You shall have no right against BalloonSupply.com for
incidental or consequential damages.
